We’ve used an upload service online at one point, and with most users choosing the free option, the wait is long and if it’s the 2nd file then you’d have to wait for a while. I’ve found a great solution online that will ensure that users are going to be able to download the file that you’ve uploaded online by using different providers, it’s called UploadMirrors. What’s great about it…
… is that it uploads your files to several Online Free File Hosting Providers, which are:
It’s automatic, so all you need to do is upload the file using their (home page) interface (with no registration process). You’ll then be redirected to a page where the links are posted for the uploaded file, and the best thing about it? It’s that it will make sure that your file will be kept online automatically, by reuploading expired or deleted files for downloading. There’s also a very interesting email feature, which is directed to large file uploads. So when uploading large files, you’d just leave the page uploading and when it finishes, it will alert you thru email.
Aside from being free, it’s also advertisement free. I haven’t seen any advertisement in their website at all (correct me if I’m wrong). Although, the design for the website needs improving to suit the web 2.0 service that it’s providing.
Overall, it’s a great concept, great service that would help loads of users online which regularly uses online file hosting websites. It’s so simple and without registration that anyone would consider moving to their service, as opposed to, uploading to just one online file hosting service. Great service and hope that a redesign happens soon.
