… One of the most stupid mistakes I believe I’ve ever done is to diversify my portfolio early. It was not only hard to develop, but it took more developing time from me (developing the website and adding contents) and would need time before it would pick up.

Today, with millions of websites indexed by search engines, we’ve got to be wise and choose our battles well. Focus is the key to all this, and that includes investing. Focusing on a certain topic and investing on multiple domain names that would allow you to dominate a specific niche.

If given the chance to redo my domain name investments, I would’ve invested on one specific topic and focused on it. It is about focusing on one topic and diversifying it thru the sub category. It would’ve been more profitable and would attract lots of traffic and revenues.
