My Copeac Account has been Deactivated

When I checked my Copeac account the other day, I noticed that I couldn’t log in. I tried to keep repeating the password, thinking that I was typing it wrong till I clicked the forgot my password button. When I entered my email address, it gave me a message saying that my account has been deactivated, which was really weird as I know that I never violated any of their terms…

… I had an account with them, I believe at least 2 years, but wasn’t really active until late last year. As I went to explore more on Affiliate Marketing, they were one of my favorite network as they had some really interesting partners that I believe could generate leads and sales.

– I didn’t know why they deactivated my account –

 

I’ve then added campaigns to my websites, placing their links into my minisites. A few weeks went by, my accounts were deactivated. All my traffic were coming from SEO from my minisites and there were no incentivized or keyword bidding violation that I could’ve done. I’ve emailed them couple of times, emailing my account manager, support and other email address I’ve received from the company, asking for the reason why they deactivated my account and what I needed to do to get it activated.

Up until now, there are still no replies or word from them. I’m personally disappointed with the company because I was running campaigns with them and they’d deactivate my account with no explanation or reason and with no replies or answers to my emails. If anyone from Copeac is reading this, an explanation would be greatly appreciated.
