Lot.PH: Philippines’ Real Estate Free Classified Ads Website

Our team at Gang Ventures have been working really hard lately, focusing on developing one website that we believe will make a difference. We’re soon going to be ready to release the website in Beta version, and the website’s called Lot.ph. Lot.ph is Philippines’ Real Estate Classified Ads website, dedicated in helping buyers, sellers, brokers, property owners to connect and get the best properties.

Lot.ph did take us a really long time to configure and finish up the project as there were some technical problems we encountered. Luckily, my team was great and they were able to resolve all problems and is almost on the final stages of releasing the first Beta version of the website.

The difference that our website makes is that we make Philippines property listing look clean and formal. This way you’ll be able to justify why a certain Philippines property costs millions, a clean web 2.0 feel and pictures will help you sell fast. These are the features that we our website can do:

 

• Upload Multiple Pictures of you Property
• Add a Video to your listing (Will greatly help you in selling or renting your properties faster)
• Be “Top Agent” to improve your credibility and reputation
• Have a Property ID for each listing, it allows quick referencing.
• Google Map of the property
• Search properties by different criteria (e.g. buy / sell /rent, number of bedrooms etc.)
• Contact the Classified Ads Poster with a contact form integrated in each property listing.
