So how about those who use parking or generate revenue thru minisites with PPC? Can a domain name survive solely thru PPC?…
… Before the recession, some people relied solely thru PPC and generated really decent revenues out of it. Some were even getting values at the range of $x,xxx a month from just PPC alone. Today, with the recession happening globally, PPC earnings have suddenly slumped. It was very alarming and a lot of domainers have even trimmed down their portfolio because they can’t keep the others up.

I believe PPC alone for some really good domain names can yield to a good Return on Investment (ROI), that it can earn as much as its registration fee or more, if it is getting good traffic from SEO or direct type-in. However, as people predict the worse to come, PPC earnings *might* continue to decline still which will eventually lead to domainers failing to even earn enough for Renewal fees. I believe the PPC industry must do something, like any new innovation or whatever, to attract more advertisers in to increase values to us publishers.
So for those of you who are looking to develop your domain names, there are other methods such as PPC with Affiliate Marketing to really boost your earnings.
