I’ve invested in domains for almost a year now

It was almost 1 year right now, when I officially started domaining. I remembered that I felt really scared at first to invest in domains. But as I continued reading thru different Domaining blogs, I was able to gather a good feedback and a general overview of how it works…

What became really scary was that when you start, you just can’t stop getting domains. In my mind, I’ve been thinking that the next domain I register is going to be worth millions one day as a similar domain was sold at X amount. I have then invested thousands of dollars to domains.

What was really great about this investment in domains, is that I got to push myself into learning how to design and develop websites which I couldn’t do so much in university. The amount of knowledge in developing I picked up in a year is much more than the 4 years of Computer Science Degree. Today, I have made several websites, such as my new Free Acting Jobs Classified Ad website and other WordPress Minisites and soon Websites.

I’ve never regretted any of my decisions to enter the world of domain investing, it helped me learn so much that my investment has been justified. Where I am right now, is how I’ll be able to profit from it. My target is to increase my earnings to a point that it is profitable and I’m able to make a good living of it.
