How to avoid undelivered emails by misspelled address, create multiple email accounts consolidate into one email account

How many times have we heard people saying that the email they sent you bounced back? But upon checking you see that you have more than enough space for an email, so what’s the eproblem? Misspelled email address. I’ve had several people who told me that they’ve sent me something and bounced back, but what they didn’t realize is the typo error. So my suggestion is to create multiple email accounts and consolidate it into one…

This is usually the case especially for business people exchanging business cards, with small fonts or hard to spell names, this usually leads to typo error.

For example, if I give francissimisim@yahoo.com to others, they usually end up with these errors: “francisimisim”, “francissimsim”, “francissimmisim” etc. Really think and come up with all the possible typo errors of your email address.

If you own your own domain name or even a free email provider, make several typo email addresses of your email address name. So all the potential typo of your email will be made as a typical email address (in the case above, create francisimisim@yahoo.com, francissimsim@yahoo.com, etc.).

For others who have their own email hosting provider and has limitations to email addresses, you could create the most minimal account just to catch misspelled emails (don’t worry about limits, this will be solved in the latter part).

You have to create a free email account as they have the function for accessing multiple accounts (unless your web service has this). Choose one of the email addresses as the main address (the rightly spelled word). Here’s how to consolidate email addresses:

Go to the accounts section, If you’d like to send and receive emails from other accounts choose send mail as; but if you’d just like to receive emails then choose the get mail from other accounts.

Add the email address

Add your username and password for your email address (make sure to add the @___.com in the end in the username), and it’s best to not check the leave a copy so it just cleans up the email account, this is a must for those with small hosting space for their email addresses.

You’re usually limited to 5 accounts only, if you want to add more, open one of the typo email accounts and do the steps above. It should redirect all the emails into one master email address. Check your main email account and start receiving all emails.
