Twitter’s just getting more and more attention lately in the media (Ashton Kutcher vs CNN, Oprah finally tweeting), that they’re getting more and more members in their website. One common problem with bloggers is that they never get enough visitors, and with the use of Twitter they could do so. I recently found a great website which allows users to market their blog in Twitter, it’s called FeedNest. What’s great about it…
… is that it automatically publishes your RSS to your Twitter account. I, myself, use this service, and I get the highest traffic from Twitter than any other sources. It’s also a free service that anyone can just use. The best thing about it is that they make it as simple as you probably can think of, all they need is your Twitter account, RSS feed link, description and name of website. It’s all provided in one page which is shown below:

They also make it easy for you to remove the RSS feed from your twitter account anytime you feel like taking it off. The process only needs the user to input the RSS link and Twitter account details. Overall, I love the service, it takes the hassle off the hands of bloggers or websites that have RSS feeds and want to publish it on twitter. The automation is great as you don’t even have to worry about anything and everything’s posted. However, the “catch” is still unclear (How does the owner benefit from providing this service and repeat visitors? etc..) and I’m really thinking how this website could survive in the long run. It might be charity work from the owner but I’m still waiting for that issue to clear as it would be hard handing over Twitter accounts to any websites.
