DomainNameSoup: Many Many Many ways in generating a great domain name

domainnamesouplogo 300x30 DomainNameSoup: Many Many Many ways in generating a great domain nameI’ve reviewed several domain name generator before, but there’s a website that was suggested by one of the commenters. DomainNameSoup differs from other domain name generators that I’ve featured here as it probably is one of the most ways to generate a domain name for yourself for different purposes. What’s great about it…

… is that it will really give you a great long list of possible domain names for your website needs. The Domain name generator is generated thru many ways, but with 2 different types, one when you know the keywords and the other when not knowing what keywords to search for.

When you know what keywords you’re looking for: Word Manipulators generate domain names thru the user providing keywords where they find misspelled, typos, hyphenated, thesaurus, delicious (del.icio.us type domain names), combination, multiple combinations and mix of all mentioned. Prepend / Append is when the domain name is taken and what it does is add cool, business or premium terms to generate you an available domain name.

When you don’t know what keywords to look for: Letter Searches gives you a list of available domain names that are (3-6 characters long). Wordlists generates domain names thru words, which are generated thru dictionary, noun, male, female, family, jargon, and technical domain name combinations. Domains that are about to be available (due to non renewal by previous owner) is also provided in this website.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of tools that I was faced when I first joined, but as I got to use and understand the tools, I found it very useful to generate possible domain name finds. It was a real comprehensive domain name generator that I’ve ever seen (today). It also features a forum and a blog, which is really new as not much members or post are seen.

The design, however is a bit 1.0ish, it’s quite plain and seems to have too much text. But once you get pass the design flaws, it becomes a very powerful tool to buy great domain names. I’ve seen some really good combination with the high demand keywords, and I’d personally be using this myself for my next domain name investments. Great Stuff!
